2) Delivery Time (approximately 8-14 working days depending on the country):
- Duration from our international shipping center to your delivery location. Once the item leaves our warehouse, it typically takes 8-14 working days* for delivery to destinations in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
*Please note that all shipping times exclude delays due to customs and duties. Additionally, there may be delays during peak seasons such as New Year's, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day promotions.
SHIPPING COSTS:
We offer the following shipping rates:
1.) Free DHL/USPS Standard Shipping (with tracking): FREE
Please be aware that in the event of a lost package, we can only provide a replacement or refund if you've selected insured shipping.
