If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At Foot Ramble, we aim to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased from our suppliers. If you have any issues with the product or the company, the contact process remains the same to reach out to us.
How can I return all or part of my order?
If you decide to return the products to us within 30 days, please note that we will refund the entire order within 5 days of receiving the product. However, we are unable to refund the cost of returning the product.
Here's how the process works for all products:
1. Send us an email at contact@footramble.com and inform us that you wish to return the order or parts of it.
2. Inquire with our customer service if we can accept the return. You can also find a return address (note: it's not the address) on our website.
3. If we can accept the return (within the accepted timeframe), follow the instructions below. Safely pack the returned product in the original packaging.
4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
5. Provide the tracking code to our customer service.
6. Once we receive and inspect your package within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the payment method you used for the purchase.
Additionally, products meeting one or more of the following criteria cannot be returned:
1. Pre-ordered products. Once the product is shipped, these products cannot be returned.
Products damaged upon arrival
It's unfortunate, but sometimes products may get damaged during transportation. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the product to be returned.
In case of a serious issue, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged part of the product. It's best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible. We will provide further instructions based on the information provided.
For defective items, we always send a replacement package free of charge the first time. If the issue occurs a second time, we will refund you the full purchase amount.
